Cancellation Policy
1. Registration - All participants (schools) must register in advance. Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Payment - Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot. Please contact Tsuen Wan Development Association Limited for inquiries. 3. Cancellation and Refunds - Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the class will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will not be eligible for a refund but can be rescheduled for a later date. 4. Dress Code - Participants should wear comfortable clothing (school uniforms) and closed-toe shoes. Aprons are recommended. 5. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions - Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of registration. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. 6. Health and Safety - Participants must adhere to all health and safety guidelines during class. This includes proper hygiene practices and following instructor directions. 7. Photography and Media - Classes may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. By participating, students consent to the use of your image in learning materials. 8.
